When calling we can walk through the process with you, however if you choose to email here is the information you need to supply the following information. If you are ordering on behalf of a centre (Such as you work in a head office), the details need to be supplied for the centre, not you at head office. However we are happy to send you invoices to be paid at head office. Same goes for ordering for more than one centre, if all the goods are being sent to more than one centre we need the information for each centre.

PAYMENT:

A minimum Deposit is required for your activities before we send the goods, most centres simply pay it all off. It is your responsibility to see the deposit paid enough in advance to receive your goods in a timely manner. If you have not received the invoice email, you should call us back within 24 hours and follow up. If you have an accounts team that makes payments, ensure you follow up with them. We are a small team and we will no longer be vigorously chasing up deposits. No stock is secured without a deposit.

REST OF PAYMENT: The remaining payment is due 7 days after your activity. We will make one or two courtesy calls and/or emails to chase the final payment and to remind you. If no action is taken we will begin to apply Late Fees. If no payment is seen in a timely manner we will have to consider further action.

 

POSTAGE:

All our vacation care goods are sent out 2-3 weeks before the school Holidays starts. It is best to see your deposit paid and order finalised by this time frame.

TRACKING: When we send your goods an email is sent with full tracking information so you can monitory your package. Once the item leaves our warehouse we have no control over what happens with the package between here and you. If you notice your package is taking longer then usual, please contact the courier company directly. We will not receive any more information then you will. This is why we highly recommend you frequently check your tracking information to avoid last minute issues. We send 100’s of packages to vacations care centres during this period and we do not have the capacity to check them all daily ourselves.

COURIER TIMES: It takes us 1 – 2 Business days to process and pack the order. East Coast METRO Areas can take 1-5 Business days for you to receive. West Coast and Rural areas can take up to double that time frame. This is why it is best to finalise your order as soon as possible. Our warehouse is located in North Brisbane, QLD as a reference.

PACKAGING: Sometimes our packaging may look a little rough. We recycle 100% of boxes we receive at our warehouse from products instead of throwing them out. This may require extra tape to be used to tape two boxes together or a rough exterior appearance. Unfortunately couriers often take little care with these boxes which can cause a hole to form over travel. Please do check your goods are okay if this happens to your order. 

UPON ARRIVAL: It is imperative that you open your goods when they arrive to check you have what you ordered. We are all human and accidents can happen when we are seeing hundreds of orders from the same warehouse. We are more than happy to send you the correct items and collect the incorrect ones at our own costs. However this needs to be within a 3 day period of the good arriving at your centre.

Additionally if you have ordered a fragile product such as the money boxes, it is best to make sure they are in a good condition. Unfortunately we cannot control how rough a courier will be with the goods, but we are happy to replace broken items.

FREE ITEMS: With some of our products we include a couple extras to cover for any potential damage. Items include our Stuffing Activities and Plaster Money Boxes. When you contact us about damaged items, we do put this into consideration when sending you replacements.

WE ARE AT A SCHOOL: Please keep an eye on your tracking and keep open communication with the head office as it is highly likely the courier will deliver to there. Sometimes the office never communicates that they have the package for you. This can cause it to become too late for you to receive replacements or for us to amend corrections.

 

LATE MINUTE ORDERS

Some centres really do cut it fine and order at the absolute last minute. Some call us chasing their order but are informed no payment had been made for the goods to be sent. In situations like these you can accept the risk of the product not arriving on time through standard means. Or you may request Express postage.

Express Postage is not available for all activities as they are not suitable for this service (Such as Money Boxes or Kites). Additional costs will incur based off the quantity of items that need posting.  Express post is via Australia Post Satchels and is 1-3 Business Days. Metro areas are usually Next Business Day; you can refer to the time line on the Australia post website.

 

RETURNING YOUR LEFT OVERS

We offer a no risk guarantee in which you order what you think you need, but return what you don’t use! Return these items at your own cost back to our warehouse. It is a good idea to call our office and update us with tracking information for this package and to advise us that it is on the way. This needs to be done within 7 days of your final activity. We will not accept returns past the first week of school returning in your state.

Most centres prefer to keep the extra items at their centre for future incursions in which they receive extra children.

Select the products you wish to purchase for your centre. Using our bulk price combos there are some great savings in the more you buy.  We only sell combinations of the kits you see,  If you want to buy a different quantity then just email us your order and our staff will process it manually.

Payment does not debit immediately from your card. Our team process your order and check it before confirming the payment for you.
